Commercial Operator Duty & Content Prohibitions
You agree to operate your registered kiosk lawfully. You must strictly comply with Rule 3(1)(b) of the Intermediary Guidelines Rules 2021 and refrain from processing forged identity cards (Aadhaar, Voter ID), counterfeit currency, pirated materials under the Copyright Act 1957, or defamatory content.

Absolute Customer Document Confidentiality
In compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), you act as a Data Fiduciary at your retail counter. You are strictly forbidden from copying, snooping, or distributing customer print files. Any physical misprints containing customer information must be immediately shredded.

Direct 100% Counter Revenue Retention
The platform provides SaaS printing dispatch software and does not take commissions from your counter cash or direct shop UPI transactions. All walk-in customer pricing disputes are settled directly on-site under Consumer Protection Rules.

Hardware spooling and counter QR features operate under SaaS subscription plans. New accounts include a 14-day evaluation guarantee. You may cancel renewal at any time from your dashboard.
