Hardware Spooler SLA & Grievance

Cloud Uptime Guarantees, Local Queue Buffering & Statutory Redressal Officer

99.99% Cloud Relay Uptime Guarantee Rule 3(2) IT Rules Redressal Officer

Statutory Service Level & Grievance Governance

This statutory charter establishes the performance availability parameters for QRPrint cloud infrastructure and desktop agent spooler daemons, while formally detailing the statutory appointment, responsibilities, and contact channels of our Grievance Redressal Officer in compliance with Rule 3 (2) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

Core Operational Reliability & Redressal Targets
99.99% Uptime

Continuous monthly operational availability commitment across ingestion relays, webhooks, and QR rendering nodes.

60-Min Buffer

Autonomous cloud queue protection holds customer orders up to 60 minutes during counter PC network drops with FIFO sync.

Statutory Redressal

Formal grievance receipt acknowledgment within 24 hours and complete redressal within 15 statutory business days.

1 Cloud Infrastructure 99.99% Availability Commitment

QRPrint commits to maintaining 99.99% monthly operational uptime for our cloud document intake relays, webhook dispatch conduits, counter QR rendering clusters, and payment verification bridges.

If verified service interruptions attributable solely to our platform's core infrastructure cause downtime exceeding 0.01% during any single calendar month (excluding pre-notified scheduled maintenance windows), active registered subscription merchants become eligible for a pro-rated service credit applied against their next subscription renewal invoice upon written request submitted within thirty (30) days of the outage.

2 Offline Resiliency & Local Spool Queue Buffering Mechanics

Retail printing environments frequently encounter intermittent broadband hiccups, Wi-Fi latency spikes, and transient counter disconnections. Our software implements resilient architectural buffering:

  • Cloud Order Holding Buffer: In the event that the shop counter PC momentarily loses connectivity, newly created and paid print orders are securely held in the cloud queue buffer for up to 60 minutes.
  • Autonomous FIFO Synchronization: The instant the desktop spooler client reconnects to the cloud cluster, held jobs are authenticated and streamed down to the local printer in strict First-In, First-Out (FIFO) chronological sequence without double-printing or missing pages.
  • Heartbeat Liveness Telemetry: The desktop agent sends a cryptographic heartbeat packet every 10–15 seconds to report printer health, online status, and paper readiness back to the cloud relay.

3 Print Driver Compatibility & Hardware Safe Harbor Exclusions

The QRPrint Windows Spooler Agent communicates directly with Microsoft Windows Print Spooler APIs using standard RAW, GDI, PostScript, and ESC/POS protocols. It is universally compatible with USB, Ethernet, and Wi-Fi networked printers manufactured by Canon, HP, Epson, Brother, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, and Xerox.

The platform's SLA covers digital transmission, raster delivery, and API uptime. Hardware failures occurring outside the cloud software conduit-such as physical paper jams, toner or ink depletion, printhead clogging, physical cable damage, electrical outages, or outdated third-party manufacturer drivers-are explicitly excluded from cloud SLA outage calculations.

4 Statutory Grievance Redressal Officer (IT Rules 2021)

In strict accordance with Rule 3 (2) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, QRPrint has designated a senior compliance officer to receive, acknowledge, investigate, and resolve complaints regarding content violations, service defects, privacy queries, or intermediary conduct:

Statutory Officer Designation: Grievance Redressal & Compliance Officer
Platform Entity: QRPrint Technologies
Official Grievance Email: compliance@qrprint.shop
Telephone Helpline: +91 98765 43210
Statutory Response SLA: Acknowledgment ≤ 24h • Complete Redressal ≤ 15 Days

5 Grievance Lodging & Escalation Procedure

Users, patrons, or merchants wishing to lodge a formal statutory grievance must submit an email to compliance@qrprint.shop containing:

  1. The complainant's full legal name, telephone number, and physical/email address;
  2. The specific order number, transaction reference, shop token, or URL associated with the dispute;
  3. A precise description of the alleged violation under the IT Act, Copyright Act, or DPDPA 2023;
